The ICC World Cup 2023 has ended, and another massive tournament that is lined up for it is the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. The tournament is organized by the ICC (International Cricket Council) in a T20 format every two years.
The last T20 World Cup was held in Australia from October 16, 2022, until November 13, 2022. In the final face-off, England beat Pakistan by five wickets to win their second ICC T20 World Cup. Australia and South Africa are co-hosting the T20 World Cup in 2023.
ICC T20 World Cup 2024 Schedule
The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is scheduled from June 4 to June 30, 2024. It will be the first time that the United States will host the ICC World Cup. There will be a total of 20 teams playing in the T20 World Cup 2024, who will be divided into four groups of five.
The top two teams in each group will move on to the Super 8 round and then will be split into two groups of four, and then the top two teams from each group will be eligible for the knockout level. In the end, there will be two semi-finals and then a final.

ICC T20 World Cup 2024: Teams & Captains
The teams for the T20 World Cup 2024 are almost decided, as the two host teams are automatically qualified for the tournament. Apart from that, the top 8 teams from the 2022 tournament were also selected. Another two teams are selected on the basis of past tournament rankings.
The remaining 8 teams will be decided through the ICC regional qualifiers, consisting of two teams from Africa, Asia,, and Europe, and one team from the East Asia Pacific Group and America. However, the final 18 teams are mentioned below, and two more are yet to be announced.
